Report Creation & Data Analysis:
- Build dashboards and performance metrics to track business KPIs and present insights.
Google Operations Center (GOC) Utilization:
- Utilize GOC tools to streamline reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Business Management (BM) Account Handling:
- Collaborate with teams to maintain BM account records, monitor performance, and provide analytical insights.
Data Quality & Validation:
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports, ensuring consistency in data reporting.
Process Improvement & Insights:
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data reporting and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data reporting.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
