Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through SaaS, application, and website solution sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, be well-versed in the B2B sales process, and have a solid track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SaaS, application, and web development space
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance and pipeline
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, applications, or website services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical clients
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients and tasks
