Transformation Programme Manager - Insurance - Contractual

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

We are working with the Emerging Markets division of a leading Global Insurer. The COO of their Vietnam business is currently driving a large-scale claims operations transformation program focused on automating the end-to-end claims journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Head the delivery of a large-scale life insurance claims operations transformation programme

- Automate the end-to-end claims journey

- Manage 6-7 technology partners and cross functional project teams

- Report directly to COO

Your Background:

- 15 - 25 years of experience in operational transformation program management

- Proven hands-on large scale transformation delivery experience

- Strong understanding of insurance operations and claims operations

- Ability to manage cross functional teams

- No requirements for local language (Vietnamese)

- Open to individuals based outside of Vietnam

The engagement is based in Vietnam and the candidate is expected to work on-site for 90% of the project duration. The contract duration will be for 12 months.
