Techno Functional Specialist - PeopleSoft Campus Solutions

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Responsible for handling incidents, problems, service requests, change management and release management activities in Peoplesoft Campus Solution

- Analyse, develop, design, test and deploy fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.

- Manage, evaluate, and resolve technical issues and problems for the system.

- Involve in the analysis of the latest PeopleSoft Features PUM updates.

- Evaluate and provide recommendations for system enhancements by conducting gap analyses, identifying feasible alternative solutions.

- Assist the Program team with all required reports/ templates during audits and with creating test scenarios, test scripts and in UAT.

- Should demonstrate the solution to the Program teams and create user manuals/ training videos.

- Should work closely with other ERP team members and willing to step up for any additional challenges and responsibilities.

Qualification and Personal Profile

- The candidate should be a graduate.

- Minimum experience required is 3 years in Peoplesoft Campus Solutions

- Solution, Implementation, and Support experience of PeopleSoft campus solutions 9.0 is required from mid/large sized higher education institution is required.

- Experience in systems analysis, database systems and project implementation are essential.

- Gradebook

- Financial Aid

- Student Financials

- Alumni Management

- Campus Self Service

- Knowledge of integration with Oracle Fusion and SQL is desirable.

- Solid understanding of all processes and reports

Technical Skills:

- People Tools

- Integration Broker

- Application Engine

- Application Designer

- Component Interface SQR, SQL, XML Publisher, and other PS technologies.

Key Skill and Ability Requirements

- Sound oral communication and written skills in English

- Ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality.
