The ideal candidate will be a full-cycle recruiter, adept at sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments.

Essential Job Functions:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Interviewing & Selection: Conduct structured interviews, assess candidate skills and competencies, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
