Strategy Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a global management consulting firm, is working on a large-scale strategic transformation project in the rail transportation space.

The initiative focuses on shaping key policies, operational strategies, and long-term plans to enhance public infrastructure and service delivery in India.

As part of this engagement, they are looking to onboard a Strategy Consultant with prior experience in the strategy consulting industry. The consultant will be based full-time on-site in Delhi, working alongside senior consulting and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end strategy development and execution planning for public sector transportation reform

- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis across operational and policy dimensions

- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for client and internal use

- Work closely with consulting leadership and public sector stakeholders to drive workstream deliverables

- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and on-ground coordination

Your background:

- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or equivalent from a recognized institution

- Minimum 2 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting or strategy roles

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working on public sector or transportation projects is preferred (but not mandatory)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-stakes environments

- Contract duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

- Location: 100% on-site in Delhi
