Strategy Consultant - Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a leading global consulting firm is executing a high-impact leadership development program for a prominent public sector client in the financial services space. This initiative is part of a broader capability-building and transformation agenda aimed at strengthening the internal leadership pipeline of the end client.

As part of this live project, the consulting firm is looking to onboard a Strategy Consultant to support the design, facilitation, and management of a training program for mid-level managers. The consultant will be embedded in the client environment, working closely with key stakeholders to equip future leaders with strategic thinking, communication, and managerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate in-person leadership training sessions for mid-level managers.

- Manage and enhance the digital platform supporting the leadership development program.

- Coordinate with the global consulting team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Build strong relationships with program participants and tailor interventions as needed.

- Track progress, gather feedback, and share insights with senior stakeholders.

- Support the consulting firm in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience on the ground.

Your Background:

- 3-8 years of experience of working on Strategy or HR consulting projects.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in project management and capable of managing digital learning tools/platforms.

- Strategic thinker with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

- MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

- Experience in the financial services sector or with public sector clients is an advantage.

Other Information:

The engagement is full-time and on-site in Chennai. The consultant must be based in Chennai and will work closely with both the consulting firm and the end client in a client-facing role.
