About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Manager - Sales with a strong techno-commercial background to support and drive strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, and target-focused with the ability to travel and build strong client relationships. This role involves direct customer engagement, dealer/channel partner management, and full-cycle sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Zonal Sales Head to design and implement innovative strategies for both End Customer and Channel sales.

- Proactively generate new business opportunities and ensure consistent pipeline growth and target achievement.

- Represent the company to new prospects through networking, referrals, presentations, and client meetings.

- Strengthen the dealer network through onboarding, cross-selling initiatives, and regional campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing dealers and system integrators (SIs).

- Support the sales process from lead generation to final closure and smooth handover to the account management team.

- Conduct product demos, pitch solutions, handle client negotiations, and assist with bids and BOQs.

- Ensure timely and effective client follow-ups and responses to maximize conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end sales (B2B & B2C).

- Mandatory experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) sales.

- Background with OEM sales will be a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Experience managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
