Senior Role - Business Development - Hospitality Group

Hiring for one of the leading Hospitality group of Hotels for Delhi location

Candidates should have 12-18 years of experience into Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion:

- Implement aggressive strategies for the expansion Express brands across India.

- Identify and pursue greenfield and brownfield opportunities for new hotel projects.

- Lead conversion initiatives to rebrand existing hotels under portfolio.

2. Marketing and PR:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR plans to enhance brand awareness.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brands effectively.

3. Legal Agreements:

- Work closely with the company's Legal team to draft, negotiate, and finalize legal agreements and MOUs related to new hotel projects.

- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and standards.

4. Feasibility and Management Papers:

- Prepare detailed feasibility reports for proposed hotel projects.

- Develop management papers to be presented to the executive team or potential franchise partners.

5. Salary Budget Management:

- Manage the budget for the Hospitality division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
