About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead social media marketing efforts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through paid and organic campaigns.
- Manage content creation in collaboration with creative and agency partners.
- Optimize campaigns using data analytics and performance metrics (SEO, SEM, CTR, conversion rate).
- Manage marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM integration.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align messaging and support GTM initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine positioning.
- Manage marketing budget for digital and paid media campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 610 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mobility, logistics, or tech services.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or similar.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into actionable campaigns.
