Senior Manager - Process Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale process transformation using Lean Six Sigma & Design Thinking

- Implement digital solutions leveraging Automation, AI, and Analytics

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder engagements to define objectives and drive change

- Build process maps, value stream maps, and data-driven reports

- Manage project risks, report progress to leadership, and ensure adherence to compliance

- Drive internal initiatives, coach junior team members, and support business development

Required Skills & Experience:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified; strong in Design Thinking

- Experience in process diagnostics, value stream mapping, and digital transformation

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, MS Visio, and presentation tools

- Experience in global project delivery, ideally within the investments or technology domain

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) and Six sigman black belt mandatory

- Familiarity with cloud and tech transformation initiatives

- Exposure to UK/international stakeholders
