CTC: up to 30 LPA

Requisite:

- CA's with 10+ yrs of Relevant work experience of which 3 - 5 yrs in the Real Estate Business Mandatory.

- Proven experience in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and supporting complex real estate transactions.

- Strong understanding of real estate cash flows, IRR, ROI, NPV, and other investment metrics.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar).

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail.

- Drive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business cases for new developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital investments.

- Partner with business leaders across development, leasing, asset management, and operations to deliver accurate and actionable financial insights.

- Analyze project and asset-level performance; provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the financial performance of real estate assets and the overall portfolio.

- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Board, investors, lenders).

- Ensure robust financial systems, tools, and processes are in place to support efficient and accurate reporting.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team.
