Job Objective
- Responsible for the management of the risks associated with one of the sub-function of Risk vis; Portfolio / Operational / Market. Identify, highlight and suggest action plan to mitigate gaps and risks associated with process
- Maintain reliable and robust data in conjunction with I.T. to provide business intelligence to committees and Board as directed by the Head - Risk and promote the development of a Credit Risk culture within the organisation

Business Outcomes:
- Monitor and identify trends, gaps in business like higher NPA concentration, customer payment/delinquency trends, geographical analysis, collection efficiency etc. and suggest corrective action against gaps identified
- Review current processes, identify gaps and deviations in the processes based on the severity and frequency heat map, highlight and suggest corrective actions to business if any
- Take responsibility for carrying out a secondary analysis of the asset and liability gap, interest rate gap and liquidity risks and highlight to Treasury function in case of any observations
- Provide business intelligence to committees and Board on new sectors, business trends, potential business areas etc. to improve profitability of the organization
Risk, Process & Compliance:
- Prepare and present portfolio behaviour reports to business on a quarterly basis, providing comparisons and trends, key risk issues and large exposure information
- Take responsibility for carrying out a pre & post due diligence of alliance partner's portfolio and highlight observations to the Board in case if any
- Evaluate portfolio of assets and assist the Marketing team in drafting MoU with manufacturers for new product development
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
