About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for SaaS and CRM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales of CRM services, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Understand and communicate the value of SaaS, CRM, and IT services to different industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, IT products, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS and CRM solutions.
- CRM Experience: Experience selling Zoho CRM or similar CRM solutions is highly desirable.
- IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving customer challenges.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field Masters (preferred but not mandatory).
