Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer needs.
- Develop sales plans, identify target accounts, and create a pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively address any issues and provide exceptional customer service to retain long-term clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients to present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of offerings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with Billing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from clients to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings and customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in business development, sales, or a related role within the web hosting or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of web hosting services and technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed
