We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
This role involves deep-diving into marketing data, extracting and analyzing insights, and supporting high-impact campaigns, RFP responses, and global marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Data Management & Analysis:
- Extract, compile, and analyze marketing data from platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.
- Identify trends, audience behavior, and engagement patterns to support campaign optimizations.
RFP Coordination & Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical, IT) to gather accurate content for RFP responses.
- Consolidate and structure responses aligned to client expectations, deadlines, and proposal formats.
Campaign & Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of webinars, virtual events, and global marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event readiness and follow-up actions.
CRM & Database Management:
- Maintain and enrich lead/contact data using ZoomInfo and internal CRM systems.
- Support segmentation and audience building for targeted outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing support or analyst role (internship experience can be considered).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo.
- Experience with Zoom for virtual meetings and event hosting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS or B2B marketing environments.
- Experience supporting RFPs or proposal responses.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and KPIs
