Reporting to: National Head

Team Size: 10+ members

Role & responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for Retail Operations of the entire East region including Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal & Chhattisgarh.

- Responsible for complete Profit and Loss accountability for the region, driving financial performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.

- Directing business operations and ensuring profitability across all EBO stores, and ensuring consistent growth.

- Spearheading the opening of high-performing stores and contributing to a significant increase in market presence and revenue aligning with corporate growth strategies.

- Conducting comprehensive market analysis to refine product mix, leading to improved sales and customer satisfaction.

- Supervising a high performing team and fostering a collaborative environment that enhances performance and productivity. Implementing training programs to elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and improve overall team KPIs.

- Redesigning store planograms based on detailed market surveys, resulting in increased customer conversion rates and enhanced KPI's.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Atleast 8-10 years of experience in Retail Operations in Retail Apparel Brands, preferably in East region.

- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive retail strategies, optimizing multi-store operations, and leading successful market expansions.

- Some experience in Business Development/Expansion will be an added advantage.

- Must have experience in handling Retail Operations of EBO stores of any Fashion Apparel brands.

- Will be leading a team of 10+ members including Retail Managers & ASMs across the entire East region.

- Should have handled & managed a business revenue of nearly 50 Cr/annum.
