Key Responsibilities:

Business planning:

- Develop and execute a gig workforce model tailored to skilled healthcare roles, supporting project-based and on-demand deployments.

- Manage demand and supply by identifying peak versus business-as-usual periods, accounting for seasonality, and ensuring 100% on-demand availability across PAN India locations.

Partner Success:

- Collaborate with manpower vendors, staffing agencies to scale workforce supply.

Technology & Platform Utilization:

- Leverage gig-tech platforms and mobile apps to manage onboarding, scheduling, attendance, and payments.

Training & Compliance:

- Ensure gig workers receive appropriate training on SOPs, safety, and healthcare regulations.

- Maintain documentation and compliance with labor and healthcare standards.

Incentive design

- Design incentive structures, feedback loops, and worker experience programs to ensure workforce reliability and loyalty.

Operational Efficiency:

- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and optimize operational workflows, enhancing productivity and service quality across the gig workforce.

Required Qualifications:

- Prior experience building or scaling gig workforce models in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy sectors.

- Deep understanding of compliance, labor laws, and worker classification for contingent/gig workforces.

- Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
