Job Title: TASC Relationship Manager

Department: Business Banking / Transaction Banking

Location: Pan India

Reports To: Team Lead / Business Banking Head

Job Summary:

The TASC (Trust, Association, Society, and Club) Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing banking relationships with non-individual entities like NGOs, trusts, societies, educational institutions, and religious organizations. The role involves understanding clients' banking requirements, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new TASC clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.

- Offer customized banking solutions including current accounts, term deposits, payment & collection services, and digital banking products.

- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms and internal policies.

- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Compliance) for smooth onboarding and servicing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Business; MBA preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in business banking or TASC segment.

- Strong knowledge of banking products and digital channels.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
