Job Title: Relationship Manager - TASC
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager - TASC is responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with clients in the Trust, Associations, Societies, and Clubs segment. The role involves delivering customized banking solutions, ensuring high service standards, and meeting revenue and business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new TASC clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing TASC customers.
- Promote a suite of banking products including CASA, term deposits, digital solutions, and transaction banking services.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve assigned targets for business volume and revenue generation.
- Act as a single point of contact for all client needs and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, preferably in the TASC or institutional segment.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and regulatory compliance.
