Job Summary:

Responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with business clients (typically SMEs or corporates), offering a range of banking products such as working capital, term loans, trade finance, and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new business clients and grow the BBG portfolio.

- Understand client requirements and offer suitable banking products.

- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.

- Conduct credit assessments, prepare proposals, and ensure timely disbursements.

- Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.

- Stay updated with market trends and competition.
