Regional Manager - Project Sales (North & Central India) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role :
- Responsible to Lead the team to achieve the sales targets for the Insulation Solutions Project Sales Business for North and Central India
- Lead a professional North and Central India Project sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
- Good understanding of the North and Central India market
- Get the Company established as the solution provider with all the influencers like Architects, Builders, Developers, PEB Solution Providers, Industrial Customers, HVAC Solution Providers, Large Key Accounts, Specifiers, and Govt. Institutions.
- Build up relationship through technical knowledge and solution oriented support with key decision makers
- Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/assignments.
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
- Identifying and driving business development activities for growth in new products, segments and applications.
- Interact closely with the technical / marketing team to push selective systems / Products into specification.
- Market intelligence and competitor analysis on an ongoing basis.
Requirements :
- B.Tech (Chemical/Mech/Civil)
- 14+ yrs of overall experience, with extensive experience in Project Sales in the Insulation Solutions/ Building Materials/ Industrial Segment in North and Central India
- Should have experience in playing a Regional Head role in Project Sales
- Should have excellent administration and selling skills
- Good Communication and team management skills and experience
Location: Noida
