Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the B2B business for our PMS advisory services in the Delhi region. This is a senior role responsible for driving business growth through distribution partnerships, IFAs, wealth partners, and other strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive PMS sales through B2B channels
- Build and manage relationships with key distribution partners, wealth managers, and IFAs
- Lead and mentor a team (if applicable), ensuring consistent performance and achievement of targets
- Conduct regular training, product presentations, and business review meetings with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and compliance support
- Provide market intelligence and insights to help shape national B2B strategy
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B channel sales, preferably in wealth, PMS, or mutual fund distribution
- Strong network of distributors and wealth partners in Delhi/NCR
- Proven track record of revenue generation and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
