Project Manager IV

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects across multiple engagements.

This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee 20+ concurrent projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and steering committees.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Maintain and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to track and resolve potential obstacles.

- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.

- Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall to ensure structured and efficient project execution.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.

- 9+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering

large enterprise-based applications and solutions.

- Proficiency in task management tools and techniques.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
