Project Finance Role - Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sector

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Finance professional with deep understanding of the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring, evaluating, and executing project finance transactions, including greenfield and brownfield expansions, across these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute project finance deals in the chemical, pharma, or healthcare sectors

- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk-return analysis

- Structure debt/equity instruments, including term loans, structured finance, and hybrid instruments

- Perform credit appraisal, due diligence (technical, financial, legal, regulatory), and industry benchmarking

- Work closely with internal credit, legal, risk, and compliance teams for deal execution

- Liaise with promoters, CFOs, technical consultants, lenders, and rating agencies

- Monitor ongoing performance and covenant compliance post-disbursement

- Stay abreast of sectoral trends, regulatory changes, and emerging project opportunities

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in project finance / debt syndication / corporate finance

- Must have worked on projects in chemical, pharma, or healthcare sectors

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, project structuring, and credit analysis

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
