- Create road map for platform enhancements and new functionality development
- Data driven & Hypothesis driven approach to creating features/ functionalities
- Detail oriented to flesh out requirements end to end
- Break down BRDs into Stories and Tickets
- Derive & achieve intuitive channel experiences for customers
- Create comprehensive documentation and Product collaterals
- Track all deployments to ensure product is working as expected
- Be the customer success manager in ensuring clients business objectives are met in using our Platform
- Work with clients on going enhancement and Support requirements and deliver the same
- Be the SME for the client.
- Follow through launches meticulously, drive clear deadlines and faster closure
