Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Head located in Mangalore.

- The Area Head will be responsible for managing and leading a team, overseeing daily sales & field activities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Key tasks include monitoring regional sales performance, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

- The Area Head will also be responsible for meeting set targets, conducting regular training sessions, and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

- Leadership and Team Management skills

- Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Development

- Strong Sales and Marketing skills

- Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills

- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics

- Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
