What is the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager to coordinate and drive strategic initiatives within the Sports category. This role involves managing various programs across catalog development, seller onboarding, marketing, operations, brand partnerships, inventory health & overall category PnL. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing the Sports category by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution of programs. This role will work closely with the Head of the Category to deploy, run, and monitor various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead, coordinate, and execute multiple programs aimed at driving growth in the Sports category.

- Data Analysis: Leverage data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize programs.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, marketing, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (sellers, vendors) to align objectives and drive program success.

- Seller Support: Develop initiatives to improve seller onboarding, catalog quality, inventory health, and operational efficiency.

- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report on the success of various

initiatives.

- Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions with a bias for action.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred) or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on seller-facing roles.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools; technical expertise in data analysis is a significant advantage.

- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.

- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High bias for action and a go-getter attitude to tackle challenges and achieve goals.

- Previous e-commerce experience is a must.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
