Role : Sales Head
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our PMS & AIF distribution business. The role involves developing and executing a robust B2B sales strategy, building strong partnerships with wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, private banks, and other financial institutions, and driving business growth across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Drive the firm's PMS and AIF product sales across B2B channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve defined AUM and revenue targets.
- Lead expansion into new markets and regions.
Channel Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and engage key distribution partners including RIAs, IFAs, banks, and wealth managers.
- Conduct product training, webinars, roadshows, and other partner engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
Team Management
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure team targets are met or exceeded.
Client & Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the product, research, and marketing teams to develop competitive positioning.
Operational & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal governance policies.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
