National Legal Manager - Affordable Housing Loan

Need people who are working at a national level in a Home Finance Company only.

National Legal Head for the Affordable Home Loan segment is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company's affordable home loan operations. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to affordable home loans.

- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the business.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage legal risks.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Document Review and Drafting Policies:

- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including loan agreements, contracts, and MOUs.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage the legal team, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of legal staff.
