Manager - Solutions & Pre-Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct secondary research and collaborate with sales and on-ground teams to identify and qualify prospects.

- Perform in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and develop solutions to close sales cycles.

- Map client workflows to product functionalities through call flow diagrams and user journeys for seamless experiences.

- Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our value proposition.

- Deliver product demos, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for new clients.

- Respond to RFPs by collaborating with technical and sales teams to craft comprehensive proposals.

- Participate in bid defense presentations, addressing client questions effectively.

- Develop business cases with valid assumptions and create commercial proposals.

- Work with Legal and Business Finance teams to finalize contracts and MOUs.

Key Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in a solutioning or pre-sales role, ideally in financial services.

- Proven ability to translate client pain points into actionable solutions.

- Knowledge of credit scoring, alternative data, lending processes, and payments.

- Strong presentation and documentation skills for creating relevant collaterals.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

- Experience with product RFPs, including technical responses, user journeys, project plans, commercials, bid defense, demos, and contracting.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Advantageous Skills

- Prior business consulting experience.

- Experience with customers in GCC and North Africa regions.

- Fintech experience in India, SE Asia, or Middle East markets.

- Open banking experience.

- Experience in lending project implementations and go-live processes.
