Position: Manager-Sales HR Business Partner (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, focusing on talent management [recruitment & talent mobilization], employee relations, and performance management within the sales organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
1. Talent Acquisition and Management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right sales talent.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand current & future hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to middle managers on coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for sales team members on HR-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives within the sales team.
- Advice on and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Strategic HR Support
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives within the sales function.
- Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits programs.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the sales organization and develop or recommend appropriate programs.
- Manage and track employee training and development activities.
- Ensure that training programs are effective and aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in HRM, MBA in HR. Around 8-12 years of experience in HR partnering
- Experience working in a similar role within a complex organization.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Result Oriented - drive for results with strong sense of commitment and ownership.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal / influencing, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales leadership and team members.
- Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
