Hiring Manager Organisational Strategy For a Developer Lobby in Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
CTC: up to 25 LPA
Requisite:
- Applicants with 8+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, corporate development, or a similar field.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in data interpretation
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of owning and driving end-to-end strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, including opportunity assessment, scenario modeling, and prioritization frameworks.
Business Transformation:
- Identify and execute cross-functional initiatives to enhance performance, culture, and scalability.
Stakeholder Alignment:
- Partner with leadership teams across functions to ensure strategy is translated into measurable actions and owned by the business.
Market Intelligence:
- Analyze trends, competitor positioning, and macroeconomic shifts to guide decision-making and organizational positioning.
Change Management:
- Champion and lead change initiatives; build engagement and resilience throughout the organization.
Performance Metrics:
- Design and monitor KPIs that track strategic execution and impact across departments.
