Manager - Information Technology - Manufacturing

Position: IT Manager (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Responsible to manage the tasks of the developers, performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and drive adoption. Ensure applications deployed are fully compliant with Cybersecurity requirements.

- Position is responsible for all the applications deployed within the Company

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

- Working closely with IT Teams from other group companies for deployment of existing applications and to build new solutions.

- Serving as a liaison between developers and stakeholders.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Team Leadership - provide guidance, training and mentorship to developers

- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Documenting and communicating the results of efforts.

- Working closely with users, developers, and managerial staff.

- Cybersecurity compliance of the developed solutions.

- MS-SQL, MySQL Database Design and Management.

- Ability to work with IT vendors for solutions development and deployment.

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech

- 6-10 yrs of experience

- Knowledge and experience in MS-SQL, MySQL Database Design and Management.

- Good Knowledge on Web-Site Hosting (IIS and Apache)

- Good Understanding of Dot Net and related development technologies

- Documentation - Work-Flow, Data Flow, High Level Architecture

- Data Analysis and Knowledge on BI Tool (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage

- Knowledge / Experience on CRM Application (e.g. Salesforce)

- Experience of GitHub (source control) and JIRA (project management)

- Should be able to understand business processes and have a natural analytical way of thinking.

- Should be able to find solutions and explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

- Experience in managing projects

- Experience in managing a team
