Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR systems Like, HROne, Keka, People Strong Darwin Box (Any 2).
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the HRIS platform(s).
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and high data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tech-enabled solutions.
- Create and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, and data security policies.
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision- making.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams to resolve them.
- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Maintain documentation including system configurations, process maps, and user guides.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing HRIS, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot HRIS issues.
- Familiarity with HR processes, payroll systems, and employee record-keeping standards.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations regarding personnel data management.
