Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their unique financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate wealth management solutions, encompassing investment management, retirement planning, and tax optimization strategies.

- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and ongoing relationship management.

- Build trust and confidence with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

Business Development:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new high-net-worth clients.

- Identify and cultivate business development opportunities within the Mumbai market.

- Contribute to achieving departmental and company sales targets.

Financial Expertise & Analysis:

- Possess a deep understanding of wealth management products and services, including investment options, retirement planning strategies, and tax optimization techniques.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory requirements within the wealth management industry.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

- Proficient in CRM software for managing client relationships and data effectively.

- Utilize financial modeling tools to support client needs and investment analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within wealth management, financial services, or banking.

- Strong understanding of wealth management products and services (investment management, retirement planning, tax optimization).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in wealth management.

- Proficiency in CRM software and financial modeling tools
