Job Description:

- Manage, direct, motivate, measure, support/ train and be responsible for all regular functions of the AP staff/ team.

- Demonstrate leadership skills and ownership attributes to inspire and instill confidence in all stakeholders.

- Collaborate with colleagues and have great interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to identify, define and solve the issues/ problems with flair for attention to details and compliance.

- Be a people developer with a high degree of emphasis on quality of work. Willingness to work at ground level to get firsthand experience of various scenarios and situations

- Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of full time Batchelor's/master's degree in Commerce/ accounting

- A minimum of 10-12 years of full cycle accounts payable experience out of which at least 5 years should be in a supervisory capacity in Shared Service Set-up.

- Proficiency in Oracle r12 or higher ERP software is required

- Analytical thought process and reasoning ability with good Excel skills.
