Role Overview:

HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead project finance transactions across the Retail, Consumer, and Education sectors. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for project evaluation, financial structuring, risk assessment, and execution of funding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and structure project finance deals in target sectors.

- Conduct detailed financial modeling and due diligence.

- Evaluate project viability, cash flows, and credit risks.

- Lead negotiations with clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy standards.

- Drive portfolio monitoring and risk mitigation strategies post-disbursement.

Qualifications:

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project finance, preferably in banking or NBFC.

- Strong understanding of sectoral dynamics in Retail, Consumer, and Education.

- Proven ability to lead complex transactions independently.
