- Strategy: Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India
- Planning: Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India
- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the ONDC organization and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time
- Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist citylevel, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions
- Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships
- Execute projects: Step into operational gaps and help ONDC teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online.
Ideal Candidate:
- Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale
- Experience across product management/operations for products such as - Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra/Intercity products
- Diverse experience from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations
- Sales and Account Management experience
- Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly experience with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy or Product teams. Consulting, or related experience is a plus
- High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
