Lead - Digital & Media Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:


- Digital Marketing Strategy & Media Planning:

- Lead and execute high impact digital marketing campaigns including branding and performance marketing aimed at increasing lead generation and driving conversions

- Drive digital acceleration agenda and implement high-ROI media strategies across all brands

- Develop multi-platform media plans, oversee digital marketing efforts and plan content. - Recommend strategies to optimize media mix to drive increased brand sales and profitability - Conceptualize and strategize social media ideas and campaigns for both long term social media sustenance and innovative campaigns


- Brand Building - Enhance our brands digital presence and strengthen the brand identity through online channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms - Partner with brand teams to establish campaign objectives, develop campaigns and define KPIs and reporting cadence to track performance - Lead development of on-brand digital content including photography, video, banner, etc.


- 360-Degree Marketing - Drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital with offline initiatives such as print, radio, events and partnerships - Oversee SEO, SEM and social media efforts to optimize online visibility.


- Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on ROI and KPIs. - Analyse digital marketing data to measure performance and identify opportunities. - Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget


- Stakeholder Management - Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives, focusing on lead quality and conversion


- Manage relationships with external digital & media marketing agencies and vendors


- Calendar & Budget Management - Plan and manage annual digital & media calendar and budget


- Develop and monitor the digital marketing budget to align with organizational goals and ensure cost-efficiency


Preferred Candidate Profile/ Competencies:


- Strong understanding of branding and proven experience of building digital presence


- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media - Strong analytical with a data-driven mind-set


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
