Our client, a global consulting firm is engaged with a prominent player in the infrastructure and logistics sector, with operations spanning warehousing, construction, and supply chain management. As part of a broader organizational realignment and growth-focused transformation, they are seeking an experienced HR leader to guide the business through a critical transition period
The Interim CHRO will play a pivotal role in stabilising the HR function, streamlining core people processes, and supporting the leadership team in driving alignment across business units. This is a high-impact opportunity to bring strategic HR direction and hands-on leadership to a fast-evolving enterprise
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership to the executive team during a period of change and restructuring
- Assess and realign HR policies, systems, and practices to improve efficiency and business fit
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and key leadership hiring as needed
- Support change management and communication efforts across teams and sites
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people strategy and organisational design
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and industry-specific HR standards
Your Background:
- 20+ years of HR leadership experience, with prior stints as CHRO or Head of HR
- Strong track record in logistics, warehousing, construction, or broader infrastructure sectors
- Deep understanding of workforce planning, HR operations, and organisational transformation
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal guidance
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
This is a 03-month part-time engagement based in Mumbai, with an expected utilisation of 1012 days per month. The role is primarily onsite to ensure close collaboration with leadership and operational teams. Immediate start preferred, with a possibility of extension based on evolving needs
