Position: Manager - HR (Organisation Development) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)

Role:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives

- Build organizational capability: evaluation of current capabilities, building future skills based on the business needs

- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities

- Design and implement programs and initiatives that support employee development, talent management, and succession planning

- Lead cultural transformation initiatives and foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

- Drive employee engagement through the employee engagement survey framework

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives, including function specific interventions, communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement

- Address developmental needs at all levels, including senior leaders and managers to enhance their leadership capabilities

- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose organizational issues to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Organisation Development

Requirements :

- Psychology Graduate preferred, Postgraduate in HRM / OD, MBA in HR

- Minimum of 8-15 years of progressive experience in organizational development, experience in dealing with people, building capabilities.

- Certification in a relevant organizational development program is a plus

- Proven experience as an Organizational Development professional or a similar role in a complex organisation

- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.

- Excellent leadership / influencing and people management skills, with the ability to motivate others.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization

- Experience working with diverse teams.

- Proficient in using relevant software and technology platforms

- Proficient in using organizational development tools and technologies

- Stakeholder management skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- In-depth knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops

- Appreciation towards atleast one psychometric tool - MBTI/Firo B/Johari Window/Thomas etc

Location: Mumbai
