Position: HR Business Partner-Multiple Business Units (MNC IT Captive)

Role :

- Work as an HR Business Partner for Multiple BUs of the MNC IT Captive

- Work on end-to-end functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Supporting Employee Development, planning and executing HR initiatives etc.

- Understand the BU in order to engage and partner closely with the BU Leaders to evolve and drive HR programs and initiatives aligned with the business requirements

- Extensive Stakeholder management with leadership at the multiple BUs

- Ensure effective communication to employees

- Be an employee champion to understand and address employee issues, requests; ensure initiatives aimed at encouraging employee involvement and engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor to the BU leaders on key people issues

Requirements:

- MBA

- 12-15 yrs of experience in an HRBP role at an IT Company/ IT Captive

- Experience in the entire employee life cycle including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation of New Joiners, Performance Management, Compensation benchmarking, Employee Engagement, L&D and Exit Management

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Good understanding of HR Processes & Policies

- High level of customer and result orientation

Location: Mumbai
