Head - Transaction Banking

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Transaction Banking division, encompassing Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Payments. The role requires strategic vision, strong business acumen, and deep understanding of transaction banking products and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric solutions to enhance business profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Growth:

- Define and implement the overall strategy for Transaction Banking.

- Drive business development to grow volumes across cash management, trade, and payment products.

- Identify new market opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.

Product Management:

- Develop and enhance transaction banking product offerings to stay competitive.

- Partner with technology teams to drive product digitization and innovation.

Client Solutions & Experience:

- Collaborate with corporate banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

- Ensure superior client onboarding, servicing, and relationship management.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines.

- Monitor operational risks and implement controls to mitigate them.

Operational Excellence:

- Streamline processes and drive automation to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.

- Ensure high-quality delivery and consistent client service standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 12-20 years of experience in Transaction Banking, with deep knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Payments.

- Proven track record in business strategy, product development, and operational leadership.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in banking.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
