Talent Acquisition Head - Telecom Product Company
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Own and drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all levels: Leadership, Lateral, Early Careers, and Global Hiring.
- Build a scalable and agile hiring engine aligned with our business aspirations in developed and emerging markets.
- Partner with HRBPs to forecast talent needs and deliver against key hiring metrics.
- Lead the contractor workforce strategy, balancing flexibility and capability.
- Leverage technology, market insights, and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Design & institutionalize AI capabilities in TA processes, impacting productivity and experience
- Coach and lead a high-performing TA team.
Employer Branding:
- Lead the design and execution of Company's global employer brand strategy to attract top talent in India and international markets.
- Build compelling employee stories, thought leadership content, and campus engagement initiatives that bring our EVP - "Growth with Global impact" - to life.
- Strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business leaders to amplify Company's voice as a technology product leader.
Campus Hiring:
- Design & institutionalize early career's hiring model to fulfill unique demands of businesses.
- Consult leaders of talent availability, attraction strategies to improve Company's early careers talent base.
- Be the champion for all campus engagements by Company. Design innovative engagement programs.
- Review and publish leadership MIS on all matrices related to early careers talent pool.
- Bring thought-leadership on proactive demand anticipation and designing fulfillment strategies.
