As the Head of Supply Strategy & Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping Co's supply ecosystem, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless experience for both users and service providers. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong mix of strategy, execution, and leadership.

What You'll Do:

- Build & Scale Supply: Identify, onboard, and nurture a diverse mix of high-quality service providers, ensuring a robust and reliable supply base

- Operational Excellence: Develop and execute scalable playbooks for rapid expansion and sustainable operations

- Seller & Customer Experience: Own and enhance the end-to-end experience for both users and service providers, driving high engagement and satisfaction

- Process & Playbook Creation: Design and implement streamlined processes for onboarding, training, and quality control

- Drive Seller Success: Improve seller NPS, retention, and performance by ensuring they thrive on our platform

- Full Ownership & Execution: Operate with a founder mindset-solve challenges, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
