Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with:
- Online brokerage platforms
- Independent broking houses
- Financial content creators & influencers (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
- Design and implement partnership models (revenue share, affiliate models, white-label offerings, etc.)
- Own end-to-end relationship management and commercial negotiations with partners
- Build a strong partner ecosystem to drive digital acquisition, customer engagement, and transaction volumes
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to enable seamless partner integration
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure ROI on all alliances
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital partnership opportunities in the capital markets space
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in partnership sales / business development in the broking, fintech, or wealth-tech ecosystem
- Prior experience in working with broking platforms or influencer ecosystems is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape in retail investing and trading
