About the Role:

We are looking for a forward-thinking, strategic leader to spearhead our Organizational Development (OD) function. This role will be responsible for driving culture transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering performance excellence through innovative, data-driven OD practices. Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development & Culture Transformation:

- Lead the design and execution of high-impact OD strategies that align with the organization's transformation goals.

- Identify organizational challenges using structured OD diagnostics and methodologies.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to co-create scalable interventions that elevate engagement and productivity.

- Leverage organizational data to derive actionable insights and develop real-time dashboards.

- Embed organizational values and desired behaviors into core HR processes to reinforce culture and drive accountability.

Culture & Behavior Change:

- Champion experiential learning programs, cultural ambassador initiatives, and targeted behavior change campaigns.

- Curate meaningful "culture moments" throughout the employee lifecycle to enhance connection and consistency.

- Design consequence management systems and implement positive reinforcement mechanisms (nudges) to encourage desired behaviors.

- Oversee the development and delivery of creative, high-impact culture campaigns, including digital media assets, to enhance visibility and resonance.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven leadership in Organizational Development or a similar strategic HR role.

- Strong expertise in OD tools, behavior change methodologies, and cultural transformation.

- Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and user-friendly dashboards.

- A collaborative mindset with experience working across HR, business units, and leadership teams.

- Creative and influential communicator with a flair for driving engagement.
