Hiring for a leading Real Estate Brand for Head Marketing role :

Job Resposnsibilities :

- Experience in Real Estate Marketing

- Contempory with Social Media Plan , SEO / SEM content strategy , PPC , Meta Search , Google Analytics , Social Media Influencers.

- Developing Marketing Strategy

- Brand Management

- Identify new market & Business opportunities by closely working with Senior Management , Sales Team and Channel Partners.

- Design and implement Marketing Strategies and road maps with special focus on Digital Media

- Preparation of Marketing Budget annually , , monthly and quaterly.

- Laise and closely working with PR and Marketing Agencies .

- Supervise all digital marketing channels (website , blogs,emails and social media)

- Monitor ATL/BTL , Social media and other digital marketing spends.

- Create Market plan for new launches
