Role Overview:

- We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven leader to drive funnel conversion across marketing, pre-sales, and sales functions, ensuring Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets are met.

- This role requires deep expertise in offline B2C sales, inside sales, and digital lead generation, with a strong focus on cross-functional program execution and consumer insights.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the lead-to-handover journey, enhancing customer engagement, and driving impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Funnel Optimization: Drive lead-to-handover conversion by reducing loss rates and improving customer acquisition efficiency.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align initiatives across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless funnel experience.

- Lead Generation & Engagement: Enhance digital lead generation strategies and integrate online-offline customer acquisition efforts.

- Consumer Insights & Research: Conduct research to uncover deep consumer insights that inform funnel strategy and performance improvements.

- Innovative Engagement Initiatives: Develop programs to strengthen brand trust, increase engagement, and foster customer loyalty.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Funnel Conversion Rate: Improve the percentage of leads successfully progressing through the funnel.

-Loss Rate Reduction: Minimize drop-offs and inefficiencies in the lead journey.

- Lead-to-Handover Efficiency: Streamline the process for maximum conversion impact.

- Consumer Insight Impact: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance conversion and engagement strategies.

Who You Are:

- 7-12 years of experience in growth marketing, sales enablement, or funnel optimization.

- Proven expertise in offline B2C sales, inside sales, and digital lead generation.

- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Consumer-obsessed with a passion for understanding and enhancing customer journeys.

- Proficient in CRM tools, funnel analytics, and consumer research methodologies.

- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and leadership
